Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For custom-crafted cues, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for precision manufacturing and quality testing before dispatch.
What type of wood do you use in your cues?
We use only premium, kiln-dried hardwoods. Our shafts are primarily crafted from North American Grade AA Maple or Ash, while butts feature exotic woods like Ebony, Rosewood, and Cocobolo for optimal balance and aesthetics.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Woods Cue products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and warping, provided the cue has been stored and maintained according to our care guidelines.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved or bespoke cues are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
How should I store my cue to prevent warping?
To maintain straightness, always store your cue in a hard case in a climate-controlled environment. Avoid leaning it against walls for long periods and keep it away from extreme heat or moisture.
