Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your cue in its original protective tube and shipping box to ensure it is not damaged or warped during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our quality control facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
